Burgers!

Ingredients

For 2 people

- 150G of mince
- 1 egg
- 1/2 an onion
- Onion soup mix
- 2 potatoes
- Burger buns
- Cheese
- Breadcrumbs (You can grate frozen bread)
- 1/2 a tomato
- Moroccan seasoning (Optional)
- S&P
- Lettuce

Instructions

- Add egg, onion soup, S&P, mix mince together, then slowly add breadcrumbs until the patty is able to hold its shape

-Chop up potatoes into the shape of fries and and add whatever seasoning you want (I used moroccan but you can just use salt)

- Cook the potatoes either in the oven or the air fryer (I air-fried them for 15-20 min and 200C)

- Cook the patties with a little oil on a med-low heat on a pan and cover to help cook the inside

- Slice onions and add them to the pan with the patties

- Once almost cooked, push the onions to the side, butter the buns and toast on the same pan until slightly brown. 

- Also add some sliced cheese to the top of the patties and allow the cheese to slightly melt

- Assemble the burger and add your favourite sauce!
