Ingredients
For 2 people
- Small amount of lettuce
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1 corn cob
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 small tomato
- Fresh or rubbed parsley
- 1/3C of cheese
- Hummus
- 1t crushed garlic
-1t cumin
- 1/2t paprika
- 1/2t oregano
- 1/2t dill
- 150g of mince
Flatbread
-3.5g instant yeast
-1C warm water
- oil
- 3 1/4C flour (I just used plan flour)
- 3/4t sugar
- 3/4t salt
I actually halved this recipe so please follow it for making the flatbread
Instructions
- Combine mince, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano and dill, then form into little balls
- Add those balls to a pan at med heat with a little oil and squash the balls, occasionally flip until fully cooked
- Chop all veggies + parsley and grate cheese
- Spread hummus on the flat bread and add everything but don't fill it up too much, you want to be able to wrap it
- Wrap it however you like and enjoy!
