Ingredients
For 2 people
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tomato
- 150g diced chicken
- Lettuce
- S&P
- Cheese
- Fresh baguettes (I bought tiger skin baguettes from new world)
- Something to season your chicken (I used Moroccan seasoning)
Instructions
- Chop up all your veg (grate the carrot)
- Season chicken then grill
- Cut the bread in half and add cheese, salt and pepper, then lay open on a tray and grill in the oven at 200C till the bread is toasted and cheese is melted
- Combine everything and add your favourite sauce, so easy!
