Ingredients
For 2 Servings
2 Potatoes
1 Carrot
1 Leek
1/2 Onion
150G of beef (I used fast frying, it was the cheapest)
3C Beef stock
1/4C Soy sauce
1t Garlic
1t Sugar
1t Oregano
1t worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Chuck everything in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
