Ingredients
For 2 Servings
200g Mince
1 Carrot, cut how you like
1 Onion diced
1t Garlic
1T Ginger
2T Brown sugar
1/4C soy sauce
250g Spaghetti
S&P
Instructions
Add onion, carrot, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and soy sauce to a pan or wok
Cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes
While that's cooking, boil the spaghetti as per instruction on packet
Add mince to the pan and cook until mince is fully brown
Once mince and spaghetti is done, combine the two and season with S&P to taste
Yum! You could also add some red lentils to stretch the mince if you did not have much. Half and Half works well. Or even some more veg if you have some.
