Ingredients
2 Quesadillas Each
1 Chicken breast
8 Tortillas
1C Diced capcicum (I used the frozen stuff)
Handful of grated cheese per quesadilla
1/2t Oregano
1/2t Paprika
S&P
Instructions
Season the chicken with paprika, oregano, salt and pepper
Cook the chicken on medium heat for about 7 minutes or until cooked
Add diced capcicum to the pan and cook for a further 3 min
Assemble quesadilla in this order
Tortilla

Thin layer of cheese

Filling

Thin layer of cheese

Tortilla
Once assembles, place on hot pan or sandwich machine until the bottom has browned, then flip and cook till the other side has browned
Cut up like a pizza and serve with whatever you like

My partner and I love pickles... so I added them
