Vegetarian Chili



Ingredients

For 2-3 servings

1 can whole peeled tomatoes
1 can lentils
1 can mixed beans
1t crushed garlic
1/2t paprika
1/2t cumin
1 cube beef stock
S&P

Instructions

On medium heat, combine all cans, garlic, cumin, paprika and stock

Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes

Season with salt and pepper and serve over rice or pasta
