Ingredients
Serves 2-3
250g chicken breast, diced
1 can chickpeas, drained
1/2 onion, diced
1T flour
1t paprika
1t crushed garlic
50g sundried tomatoes, drained of oil and finely chopped
1 cube of chicken stock, crumbled
1C water
75g cream cheese
Instructions
Toss chicken in flour and paprika until coated
Chuck everything but the cream cheese into the slow cooker for 3 hours on high
Add more water if needed and stir in cream cheese
Serve over spaghetti
