Ingredients
Serves 2
Half head of lettuce, shredded
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 can chilli beans
200g beef mince
1t cumin
1t paprika
1t oregano
1t crushed garlic
S&P
as much cheese are your heart desires
Instructions
Add mince, herbs, spices and garlic to a pan on medium heat with a little oil
Once mince is fully cooked, add can of chilli beans, season with salt and pepper and reduce heat so it's only simmering
Assemble "salad" by sprinkling vegges around the outside of the plate and leave a hole in the middle
Add mince and bean mix to the middle, add cheese and whatever sauce you like on top

I can't make a salad look good even if my life depended on it
