Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

Serves 2-3

1 chicken breast cut horizontally
2T butter
1/2C chicken stock
1C cream
1t crushed garlic
1/2 onion diced
1/2t lemon juice
1t oregano
1t parsley
flour
S&P

Instructions

Salt and pepper each side of the chicken and coat in flour

Melt butter in a deep pan over medium heat

brown each side of the chicken, cut it up and ensure that its cooked, then set aside

In same pan add garlic, onion and lemon juice

Cook for a couple minutes then add stock, garlic, cream and herbs

Bring to a simmer then season with salt and pepper

Add chicken back into sauce then serve over spaghetti and veg
