$80 Weekly Shop and Meal Plan 4

This weekend myself and my partner were hosting a party so I bought some pizza and ingredients to make some baking. I made chocolate chip cookies, brownies and moro bar cupcakes. They were a hit and all of them were eaten. The photo below is me after an exhausting 3 hours of baking the goods Meal Plan Pumpkin mac and cheese Broccoli and couscous soup Vegetarian chili Beef and broccoli Thai noodle soup Beef noodles Pizza, cookies and an entire bottle of Sauvignon blanc

My partner is up north this week so i'm just cooking for myself. It's also FREEZING in Christchurch right now so i'm in the mood for soup! Meal Plan Dinners - Pizza - Ramen - Chicken teriyaki bowls (I added broccoli instead of cabbage and carrot) - Pumpkin soup - Chickpea curry - Chicken pasta - Creamy tomato soup Breakfast/Lunch -Yogurt (I add jam, honey and whatever I can can find in my pantry to spruce it up) -Toasted sammies with the leftover bread I had -Cup of soup with noodles (my fave is maggi creamy chicken soup with 2min noodles)

Notes on this weeks shop - I wanted ice cream, it was gone in 2 days - 1kg of frozen capsicum was cheaper than one fresh one - I’m sick this week and only want comfort food - there was no budget laundry powder :( Meal Plan - Potato and Leek Soup - Chicken Quesadillas - Chicken Alfredo - Sweet and Sour Cauliflower - Tuscan Gnocchi + Lentil spagbol Pumpkin and chickpea curry (Meal prepped these bad boys)
