Katsu Chicken


Ingredients

- 150g of diced chicken
- Plain flour
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1T Crushed garlic
- S&P
- Udon Noodle (or rice, instant noodles)
- Fresh corn
- 1 Carrot
- 1/6 of red or white cabbage

Instructions

Chicken
- Coat chicken in a thin layer of flour, then egg,
 then bread crumbs and S&P
- Cook the crumbed chicken in a pan with a thin
 layer of oil until slightly brown but cooked inside
- Chop the cabbage, grate the carrot and then 
combined the two and set aside
- Chop the ends of the corn off (leave the husk on!!)
 then put it in the microwave for 3 minutes
- Once corn is done, peal husk off (it will be very hot),
 then cut the corn off the cob
- Slightly boil the noodles to just heat them up, once
 done add a bit of oil or butter to prevent them from 
sticking and add garlic
- Combine everything, noodles on bottom, coleslaw
 in the middle, corn, then chicken on top
- Add your favourite sauce to the top (mines chipotle)
