Teriyaki Chicken Bowls





Ingredients
- 150g of diced chicken
- 1 carrot
- 1/6th of a cabbage (red or white)
- 1 cup of brown or white rice
- S&P
- 1T of mayo
- Teriyaki sauce packet (or make it yourself!)


Instructions

- Boil your rice as you like 
(I use a 1:2.5 ratio for brown rice)
- Cook chicken in teriyaki sauce 
and add a little S&P
- Grate carrot and finely chop cabbage then 
combined in a bowl with mayo
- Layer bowl with rice on bottom, coleslaw in 
middle and teriyaki chicken on top
