Ingredients- 150g of diced chicken- 1 carrot- 1/6th of a cabbage (red or white)- 1 cup of brown or white rice- S&P- 1T of mayo- Teriyaki sauce packet (or make it yourself!)
Instructions
(I use a 1:2.5 ratio for brown rice)
- Cook chicken in teriyaki sauce
and add a little S&P
- Grate carrot and finely chop cabbage then
combined in a bowl with mayo
- Layer bowl with rice on bottom, coleslaw in
middle and teriyaki chicken on top
