Cottage Pie

Ingredients

150g Mince
4 Potatoes
1/2C Grated cheese
2T Soy sauce
1T butter
1 Cube of stock (250ml)
Frozen veg
Pepper

Instructions

Cook mince and veg, then add soy sauce, pepper to taste and stock

Leave to simmer until the stock has thickened up

Peel potatoes and cut each one into about 4 pieces to speed up boiling

Boil till you can easily stick a knife into it, then drain the water

Add butter and mash the potatoes

In a dish, add meat and veg, then spread the mash in top, sprinkle all the cheese on top and add it uncovered to the oven at 180C for 30-40min, the top should have begun to brown (I took mine out early because I was hungry...)

Serve with some leftover salad!
