Paprika Chicken Pasta

 

Ingredients

Portions 1-2

200ml cream
250g pasta
130g chicken breast
0.5-1 cup cheese
1t crushed garlic
1t paprika
1t italian herbs
S&P to taste
Chopped spring onion

Instructions

Cover the chicken in 1/2t of herbs, spices and garlic and a little oil

Cook chicken and onion on a med-low heat until it is fully cooked on the inside (flip every couple minutes or the seasonings will burn)

Boil pasta until it's still a little crunchy inside

Drain pasta then add back to the pot with the rest of the herbs, spices, garlic, cream, S&P, cooked onion and cheese

Finish cooking the pasta on a low-med heat until the sauce thickens up and the pasta is cooked (this may take about 10 minutes so stir often, if the sauce is still too runny, add more cheese)

Cut up the chicken and add some freshly cut spring onion to top it
