Ingredients
For 2 Servings
200g Beef mince
1 Broccoli cut into florets
1T Flour
1T Brown sugar
2T Soy sauce
1t Crushed ginger
1t Crushed Garlic
S&P
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Add garlic, ginger, flour, sugar and soy sauce to a pan on low heat
Stir for 2-3 minutes then add mince and half a cup of water. Cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until mince is fully cooked
Taste and add S&P to taste
Reduce the heat to low, add broccoli and cover for 5 minutes
Serve over rice and top with some sesame seeds
Yum again. And you could add any frozen veg if you did not have brocolli.
