Ingredients
For 2 Servings
150g beef (I used fast frying)
1 Mushroom
1t Crushed garlic
1/2 Diced Onion
1C Beef stock
1T of flour
1/3C Unsweetened greek yogurt or sour cream
2 Servings of pasta (I only had noodles in the pantry)
Instructions
On medium heat with oil or butter, fry beef, mushroom, onion with garlic until onion is translucent
Add four and stir around till its absorbed the oil then set aside
Bring beef stock to a simmer, add beef, mushroom, onion and garlic to the pot
Cook for 10 minutes then reduce heat to low
In a separate bowl combine a little bit of stock with the yogurt to help stabilise it , then add the whole thing to the stock
Once yogurt is fully mixed into the sauce, serve over pasta
*NOTE*
Combining a bit of stock into the yogurt before adding the yogurt to the sauce helps prevent it from curdling (I didn't do this hehe), if it does curdle, don't worry, it tastes the exact same but doesnt look very photogenic
