Crispy Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

Makes 6 tacos

Wraps
2C flour
1C unsweetened greek yogurt

Crispy Chicken
1 chicken breast, cut into tenders
1 egg, whisked
1.5C cornflakes, lightly crushed
Seasoning (I used moroccan and pepper)

Filling
Lettuce
Cheese
Mayo

Instructions

Wraps

Mix flour and yogurt and knead into a dough on a clean surface (add more flour if too sticky)

Split dough into 6 even balls and roll out into wraps (The wraps will shrink slightly when cooked)

Add wraps one at a time to a lightly oiled pan on medium-high heat

Flip wrap when one side is browned

Once both sides are brown, set aside and cook the rest

Chicken

Heavily season both sides of chicken tenders

Dip in egg, drain off excess

Then immediatly dip in cornflakes

Spray with oil and add to air fryer or oven

Air fryer: 190C for 15-18 min
Oven: 200C 20-25 min
Flip halfway through and spray with oil

Final

Put it all together with whatever you like
