No-Meat Spag Bol

Ingredients

(Serve 4)

1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 can of lentils, drained
1/2 onion, diced
1C frozen veg
2C shredded zucchini
3T tomato paste
1T crushed garlic
2t oregano
1 cube of beef stock, crumbled
500G spaghetti
S&P

A little grated cheese to top

Instructions

Cook your spaghetti as per what it says on the packet

Add all you ingredients to a pot on medium-low heat and bring to a simmer

Allow pot to simmer for around 20 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add S&P to taste

Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle cheese on top
