Savoury Mince with Mash

Ingredients

Serves 2-3

250g mince
1/2 onion, diced
1C assorted frozen veg
4 potatoes
1T worcestershire sauce
1t crushed garlic
1T tomato paste
1 heaping tablespoon flour
1 cube of beef stock, crumbled

Salad to serve

Instructions

Quarter potatoes and add to a pot of boiling water

Once you can poke the potatoes with a fork with little resistance, drain and mash

Add mince, stock cube and onion to a pan on medium heat, stirring occasionally till the mince is fully cooked

Turn the heat down to low, add flour and mix around the pan

Add tomato paste, garlic, worcestershire and frozen veg and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently

Serve over the top of the mash with salad on the side
