Ingredients

250G Beef Mince
1/2 Onion, diced
1/4C Hoisin Sauce
1/4C Tomato Sauce or Ketchup
1/4C Water
1/2T Rice Wine Vinegar
1T Soy Sauce
1t Crushed Garlic
Burger Buns
Carrots, cut into fries
Instructions
Chuck your carrot fries into an air fryer on 160C with a little oil, shake them up after 10 minutes
Break up the mince but not fully, you still want some solid chunks
Cook the mince and onion on medium heat until the onions are translucent
Add your sauces, garlic, vinegar, water and stir through
Turn the heat down and allow the mixture to simmer until most of the water is cooked out
Toast the buns, then add meat and serve with your carrot fries
Keep a paper towel handy, they don't just call them sloppy for laughs
